Cost: $390pp

Location: Bowman Bay, Deception Pass State Park

Course Description: Want to learn how to kayak or paddle board? Want to spend a week with friends out on the water gaining new skills and experiences? In this five-day youth paddling experience for teens, we’ll give you quite an education in all things paddling and of course, help you make new friends along the way!

We know that process matters. That’s why we focus our goals, activities, and learning opportunities around individual and group development and building self-confidence while having fun. We will help students form a lifelong connection to the sea by integrating elements of nature, science and maritime awareness. These themes are a constant in everything we do.

Everyday we’ll tackle new skills and learnings, whether that be rescues and recoveries in a sea kayak, paddling around an off-shore island looking for seals and porpoise, learning to control an SUP with style or team building.

This is a course for all abilities and comfort levels. Our instructors are ACA, CPR and Wilderness First Responder certified.
